Michael Mendl enchants as Merlin
Michael Mendl is one of the most famous character actors in Germany. Now Mendl plays the role of Merlin in the Celtic Rock-Opera Excalibur.
In EXCALIBUR Mendl is the narrator and the wizard Merlin, who will lead through the whole program. The actor became famous by roles in films such as "Der Untergang", "Barfuss" or "The Gustloff". In the past years he has won numerous awards for leading parts in productions like "Im Schatten der Macht", where he played Willy Brandt in an impressive way.
